AI For Business Professionals: Introduction (16 hrs.)
This course provides an introduction to AI for business professionals, including key concepts and its history. It also teaches the fundamentals of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI tools. The course focuses on core competencies needed to incorporate AI into a business setting, from understanding its potential and identifying opportunities to overcoming challenges and developing an AI strategy. It also covers implementation, management, and ethical considerations, as well as future trends.

AI For Business Professionals: Core Competencies (16 hrs.)
This course builds on the introductory AI course, focusing on the core competencies needed to incorporate AI into a business setting. You will learn the basics of prompt engineering, generative AI, image diffusion, and other essential skills for using AI-powered tools effectively. Through hands-on exercises and real-world examples, you will explore how to identify opportunities for AI implementation, overcome challenges, and develop a robust AI strategy. You will also gain insights into the ethical considerations surrounding AI and best practices for managing and monitoring AI systems. By the end of this course, you will have a solid understanding of how to leverage AI to drive innovation, improve efficiency, and gain a competitive advantage in today’s rapidly evolving business landscape.)

AI For Business Professionals: Incorporating AI In Your Business (16 hrs.)
This course teaches how to incorporate AI (Copilot, Gemini) into business workflows using Google or Microsoft Workspaces. It covers AI-driven task automation, enhanced communication and collaboration, data insights for better decision-making, AI strategy development and implementation, and ethical AI workplace practices. Hands-on exercises and real-world examples will show how AI streamlines processes, boosts productivity and creates competitive advantages, including selecting, integrating, and managing AI tools. The course provides a practical understanding of leveraging AI for business transformation, innovation, growth, and success.
